  • I hear you. Firstly - straight up - you gotta do the work. t’s like the Gym - no one can do the work for you.

    This isn’t a generic ‘what was the goal, how did you do’ kinda deal.

    Based on 20 years of research - it is a science based programme, with structured session each week that are proven to advance performance, growth and wellbeing when consistently applied.

  • Anyone with the desire to to raise their ambition. The practices in the programme are not correlated to - age, gender, nationality, intelligence, personality, strengths, creativity, empathy, years of experience or compensation.

    If you want to move forward in your life, have better health, better relationships, better career choices and progression, or just bring some vibrancy back that you’ve lost - this is perfect.

  • 12 weeks of 121 sessions (1 hour - in person/Zoom/phone - depending on location & preference).

    12 High Performance Tools & Frameworks. (Life time access)

    Session recordings.

    BOOK BLOCKS OF 4/8 OR THE FULL 12.

  • Sessions are 60 mins a week for 12 weeks (or bi-weekly.)

    There are worksheets to complete each week. These can take anywhere from 10 .

    The commitment is yours to develop at the level you wish to.

  • If you’re ready to take control of your life, move forward faster, live in confidence, excitement and action, you are ready to commit an to and take that action - then this is right for you.

    If you’re just ‘seeing what its about’ and you’re not ready to make decisions or do the work - then it won’t be a good fit for you.

  • No problem! The cost of the programme is refundable until after your first session.

    *If you have booked a BLOCK OF 4 sessions - the block is fully refundable up to 7 days and there after Pro Rata.
