We’re in a wild new era where founders are leading teams that move at AI-speed while some are still grinding in the old ways. It’s creating a massive energy leak. My work bridges that gap.
Established leaders restore their stamina, focus and momentum with fresh perspectives while rising professionals gain grounding, resilience and confidence.
I partner with coworking spaces and workplace Community Leaders to create resilient, high-performing communities.
The Real Story…
I am spectacularly average. In fact - if there is one thing I excel at - its being average.
I didn’t grow up talented. I wasn’t the star student. I wasn’t the captain or the scholarship kid.
I was the girl who scraped through Uni, stumbled into jobs I didn’t love, and spent 15 years overworking, overthinking, over-pleasing and over-drinking my way through life.
By my early thirties, I was exhausted, anxious, disconnected and miserable. I was surrounded by a toxic work culture and stuck in a cycle I couldn’t break.
Then on 17 January 2016, I woke up - literally - and said to myself:
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
Enough of surviving. Enough of feeling broken. Enough of trying to ‘balance’ everything and getting nowhere.
My life didn’t feel like mine. (Or one I wanted)
That day - I made a conscious decision: I will change everything and I will not look back.
And so I did.
Mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually, professionally.
The whole THREE SIXTY.
How THREE SIXTY Was Born
When I look back - THREE SIXTY really started that day in January 2016. An emotional ‘rock bottom’ reaction to struggle, isolation, horrid work environments and a complete misalignment with who I really was. In 2026 it is now the product of a decade of working on Mental Fitness and Personal Development. Of searching, talking, learning, researching, trying, testing, studying, certifying, coaching, experimenting, failing, persevering and building a way of living that makes sense. It’s taken me to extraordinary places I NEVER thought I would go.
I built an Ecosystem - that supports and drives you as you navigate life.
It’s built on one belief:
‘Balance’ is BS. We have to stop treating Work and Life as two competing entities.
We need Life + Work to operate in unison to fuel our goals, strengthen our capacity and support our nervous system. And for that we need flow and rhythm and cadence. Not a chaotic, distracted, frantic, panic stricken mind.
Mental Fitness is the mechanism.
High-Performance is the method.
Commitment is the superpower.
This is the work that transformed my life.
It’s the work I now teach to others.

What I believe…
The future of work is intergenerational and we need an army of role models with better ways of thinking and doing.
Younger generations will bring innovation, energy and change the landscape of work.
Mental fitness is a pre-emptive strike to good mental health.
Working our minds should be as mainstream as working our bodies in the gym.
Coworking and developing real estate spaces have a unique opportunity to change the landscape of society. One where significant societal entities are failing.
On a lighter note - we really need to have some FUN!
Aaaannnd just for sh!ts and Giggles…a few fun facts.
I used to drink 14 pints and I’d be carrying my boyfriend home.
I am a recovering people-pleaser and a reformed Pinot enthusiast!
These days I love Earl Grey Tea and honey on Sourdough toast.
My USP? I am totally average.
I did a full 3 years at Uni - and left without a degree.
My favourite place is by the river in Richmond, West London.
I love pockets, big collars, hats and shoes!
I lift weights - I am surprisingly strong for a small chick!
What I do know to be 100% TRUE.
High Performance is NOT only for the talented.
Its for every average person out there - who is committed to curating a life by design and having the greatest Health, the healthiest Relationships, the most fulfilling down time and a Mission they just don’t wanna quit.
