Bee’s Story…
Just an average girl with average grades; no A’s (1 actually), no certificates, no scholarships, no Team Captain, no sports accolades. I failed my way through Uni and stumbled into a job I needed rather than wanted.
And there I stayed for 15 years.
Surrounded by toxic people, overworked, underpaid, lost, emotionally bankrupt and at the end of my tether I found comfort in a (few) bottles of pinot and I couldn’t work out WTF was wrong.
Then one morning (17th January 2016 as it goes) - I WOKE UP.
ENOUGH.
ENOUGH of the the grind, the struggle, the confusion, the tears, the fatigue, the soulless work - I wanted shit to change.
I stepped up for myself, got some support and started doing the work needed to build a life worth living.
That is where High Performance and Personal & Professional Growth changed my life.
I learned quickly, the key to growth AND fulfilment is getting comfortable with uncomfortable, expansive conversations, great people, consistent challenge, conscious action and sticking at it.
I discovered that working specific ‘mental muscles’ my capability, focus, confidence, skills, relationships, health - the whole THREE SIXTY of life, drastically improved. I’m telling you - life feels better in every way.
